Karrin reviewed my policy with me after I had a very minor parking lot accident involving unoccupied vehicles. It looked like my 6-mo premium would be nearly $500 (!}, but Karrin managed to get it down to around $425 by lowering the coverages. But after I left she made some more efforts & managed to get it down to $240 while actually restoring some of the reduced coverage! This is akin to insurance magic. Much appreciated by a low-income person like myself.
This office has been nothing but amazing for me. I was unhappy with the service I did have and they got me better coverage for more then half the price I was paying. They couldn't cover my new home since its a double wide and older but they helped me find someone who would, gave me advice on what coverage to get. Overall very happy with!!
