I went to get flat twists never had them before. The style was cute but it hurt like Hell. I asked the owners daughter should it hurt and she states that I am natural and she needs to do it tighter for the atyle to last. To make a long story short I had to take the style down after 1 day because the pain was ridiculous. I was left with a quarter size bald spot and the owner made it my fault.
