Dont know if he was having a bad day but Dr. Zirvi must’ve spent about 10 seconds with me after waiting for about 40 minutes. I’m a new patient and complained of a scab on my scalp that was growing along with itchiness of my head. First, Dr. Zirvi came in with gloves already donned and did not change them. Second, he just looked at my scalp from a few feet away, which is fine by me since he never changed his gloves, and said it’s benign.
