I rented a car from Mongoose twice, and I was absolutely satisfied. Both cars were great. The manager was very attentive and friendly, all the documents were ready even before I came to pick up the car. so I put my signature, jumped into the car and drove off. I would recommend to rent a car with Mongoose.

I traveled to New Haven for business with the city and somehow my reservation with another rental company (who shall remain nameless) was cancelled and I was upset to say the least. I was told to call the manager at mongoose enterprise and she not only got me in a car that day but she made me feel comfortable as she worked with my time and hectic schedule and got me in a very nice vehicle in time for me to make my meeting with the City. Thank you Mongoose I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
