The Chinese lady who served the food in buffets ask whether we need 3rd ball to go back to the buffet and get the food. Seems she make us feel awkward and embarrassed us and stop us eating more. She also doesn’t speak good English. Very diffecult to understand
First time at Mongolian Grill in Whitby on Saturday, August 1st. Everything from start to finish was amazing. The food was cooked perfect and tasted great. We love how you pick all your own food items, spices, sauces and they are then grilled to perfection. Our server Alexa was absolutely phenomenal! Friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind from the moment we sat down. She was very attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed.
