I got my braces and retainer here in 2012. My bottom permanent retainer broke from me chewing on a mint. Dr. Mongovi and the team fixed it with no charge. Very surprised about this excellent service even after 13 years… you can really tell this company cares.
We have had a very positive experience from start to finish. Dr. Mongiovi and his staff are very patient and kind. Dr. Mongiovi makes sure you are well informed and makes you very feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them.
Very sweet and gentle doctor. State of the art machines. Friendly staff with well-run office. We’ve been through 3 orthodontists over the years and kids and Mongiovi is BY FAR the best. Wish we knew about him first!
All 3 of our children have received orthodontic treatment here and it has been a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this office and Dr. Mongiovi highly enough. The office is always extremely clean, the staff is beyond professional and friendly, and everything is handled so efficiently and in a transparent nature. Couldn’t recommend Mongiovi Orthodontics more! Amazing staff, easy communication, flexible payment plans, and we never felt like we were being upsold. The braces process for both our kids was smooth from start to finish, including having an expander in place during COVID lockdown and FaceTiming with Dr. Mongiovi to check on progress. 😀
