I am very upset that this car wash is trying to take advantage of my daughter. They signed her up with the monthly car wash when all she wanted was a single wash. Luckily she caught the charges on her bank statement. The district manager will not return her calls or emails. It looks like I will have to step in and take it to the next level. Be a responsible business and talk to your customers when they come to you with an issue, don't ignore them for three weeks and hope they go away.
BAD SERVICE.....Back in the days this place was good now with all the changes its better but most of the time they run out of towels before 9am, the machine doesn't scan your licence plate you have to wait til someone inputs it , you ask for NO tire shine yet you get it anyways , dont get me started with the clogged vaccums early in the morning, we pay for membership why? we dont get the ammenties that should be provided with it. then you ask for a Manager and get a child that doesn't have answers guess we got to reach out t... read more
