Horrific curstomer service. First time I came in the lady told me incorrect information over the phone as far as what to bring in for a loan. When I got there she was ridiculously rude. When I called to make a payment, they asked me for my SSN, my name, my DOB, my address, my job, how much the loan was for, when was the loan taken out, and proceeded to keep asking me questions. Wtf is going on there?? Seriously. SSN is good enough. I was just trying to make a payment. This younger generation is absolutely clueless and stupid... read more
They try but the service unpredictable here. I send money and its getting frustrating as the every other time they have different requirements.
