The old lady who’s names ponam she had no sense of manner how to talk with customers I don’t know for what she had attitude just wanna remind her she’s working in salon not in any embassy . If the owner is ready the comment if you want to run a business you have change your this old lady with here bad attitude

Ruined my face after face wax, I have a million pimples on my face, inflammation and irritation after the wax. The customer service was so bad but I kind of ignored that because I needed to get wax done before my trip. I asked the lady to apply pressure after wax strip and she ignored and didn’t even put any cold compress after wax , on the way home I noticed that there was still wax on my face and it was starting to get red, it was just a matter of minutes that I had bumps all over my face. Please do not go here !
