Reasonable rent for the city of Kent but the quality definitely reflects the reasonability. My apartment was falling apart or missing things when we moved in. Overall, the apartments are just run down and need redone. Stair handrails falling out of the wall, windows missing screens, walls are plaster so we couldn't hang artwork, exterior doors with cracks and splits in the wood, our lock has broken twice for no real reason, none of the doorknobs inside work properly, loose hardwood in patches of the floor, the bathroom caulk... read more
