I usually don't have any issues getting my MoneyGram picked up at this CVS in Martinsburg, WV. The only thing I suggest is that if you absolutely NEED to get your cash earlier in the day, is give them a call, asking them if they have enough money so you can cash your MoneyGram at that time. I've never had any issues with it whenever I had to ask them. The cashier was always super polite to me.
I stoped in to receive a money gram the website showed it closed at 9pm, after giving my reference number to the cashier she put the numbers in three times without success ,she called the manager he stated the cut of time was 7pm to receive or send money grams if you would have posted this on the site I would not have wasted my gas by driving there also this policy is not posted in the store , you would alleviate frustration by changing the policy or posting the policy.
