Certainly a lack in customer service skills. I would give the Davie 33314 location a negative 5 rating; called this morning and the woman HUNG UP after I inquired whether or not a homeless guy I manage had cashed his Netspend check (reloadable card I shut down so they mailed out a check to my address) which is actually his SSD income.
