Unprofessional highly! They hire anybody to do your taxes. The lady who did mine didn’t even correct my earnings when I brought my W2 in, didn’t submit my state taxes or nothing but she got paid form me!!! I’ve been doing taxes with them for yearssss but this year was my last year! Definitely just lost a good client!!!!!
I was a customer for several years never had any problems until I received a 2 flyers in the mail one was 100$ off on my prep fee for my birthday and the second one for 200$ of prep fee also so when I received my taxes I noticed nothing was deducted I asked why and I was told my preparer didn’t put it in so I was told I had to pick just two so I chose the 200$ off fee I was told someone would get in contact with me I even called the main office and left a message also but no one responded so I called the office that prepared... read more
