Horrible customer service. The woman that worked there was extremely condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful. I took my business down the street to the Western Union on Hollywood and Normandie, and the transaction was simple and easy there.
Stephanie was very helpful and kind. When sending money and trying to get it there fast, this is the place to do it. Not all are updated with Venmo, so it’s nice to know that this option (western union) still works and is vey effective. Thanks Stephanie.
