I must came on a bad day I was sending some one money and niimiah was very rude. I made a simple mistake and she started talking like she wasn’t in a environment where she had to be professional I stil was polite said thank you . She didn’t even ask did I neeed anything else what I did need 2 money orders . I will never again go to this store it was so easy for her to be nasty and with out filter that this must be something they do in there establishment .. The CSR that waited on me was very unprofessional to start. Definately a Sista with an attitude for no darn reason. Didnt say good morning to me or the person in front of me. Thats customer svc 101.
