I am my 84-year-old mother’s POA and primary caregiver. I had a telehealth appointment. Their portal wasn't working with my computer. I accessed it through my phone but the session was closed. I tried to call 3 times and left messages with no response. She said I missed the appointment and charged me 215 dollars when I clearly tried to reach her before the appointment. She won't talk on the phone to you. Their staff never answers the phone. Dr. Money is cold and uncaring.

Dr. Money is a compassionate, lovely person. She is also a very knowledgeable , competent Doctor. I have moved several times and have changed psychiatrists several times. After my last move, I decided to stay with her, I travel over an hour for our appointments and pay out of pocket . She is well worth it.
