Went here a while back offer she matched a Groupon price . The service was cut shorter than advertised . She was on a call than took up almost 10 min and shorted the ending time . I didn't say anything because I could see she was interrupted by phone calls just running her business however I did think it was unfair for the client to be shorted in time . I had purchased a Groupon for a facial treatment, today I called to make the appointment, I was informed that I had been there back in 2022 and that the Groupon was only for first time customers, the Groupon did not indicate that and it did allow me the option to purchase 2 more, I was told that she doesn't make any money off of Groupon, that it's only for advertising, but she would go ahead and make me an appointment, but not to tell anyone, because she only breaks even, I did schedule the appointment, and then texted back ... read more
By far the best, most attentive facial I have ever received! Marie is very knowledgeable about skin health and tailored care for individual complexion needs. She took her time with cleansing, prepping, treating, and educating me through the entire HydraFacial. I will definitely be returning!
