After a near 3 month battle of trying to provide Monessen parts to a valued customer we were forced to moved up the chain of command and override our Distributor's help and go straight to the TOP- Monessen themselves.... They were not any help either, refusing to help us and without respect, showed us not care or concern for the people who have Monessen fireplaces in their homes. I've never seen such arrogance and disrespect to customers, clearly not VALUED customers.
