Absolutely unacceptable experience. If you own a business, think VERY carefully before choosing Moneris. A customer made a card payment through Moneris approximately 20 days ago, and I STILL have not received my money. For almost three weeks, I have been calling them repeatedly. I spend close to an hour on the phone, get transferred from one department to another, then transferred again, and somehow nobody can give me a clear answer or actually solve the problem. I was a Moneris customer for mor than 5 years, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I called them to close my account and return the machine& I was still charged around $215 in additional fees. I found the billing unclear and very frustrating. They are scammer ……
absolutely the worst, non functional software, and now when I need access to records, the customer service is extremely on top not knowing anything about their services
