I've been a Tennant of Monem Co for many many years. These past two years have been difficult for everyone during the Covid epidemic. I have the upmost respect for Pavlin and his team at Monem Co. in their support during this difficult time. In the past, when I had a plumbing issue, they were on it immediately, even when it was over the weekend. I can only say how grateful and appreciative I am to them. Lived in the 251 robinson building for a year and I have been in La for 4 years, this by far the worst and least professional building I have lived in. Moving in, apartment wasn’t that clean and had plenty of flaws ( such as a dirty and bad painted bath tubs, kitchen had some flaws on floors and appliances, broken microwave and missing fridge shelves) I didn’t make a big deal about it and moved on. UPDATE: Do not rent any property managed by Monem Corp. Do lots of research. You will not have one moment of peace living at any one of his properties. Even with 2 PPP Loans (Public Record} of over $400,000.00 Monem Corp did nothing to manage the property here or enforce any pandemic guidelines.
