A clinic that used to diagnose on accurate intuition has been replaced with an institution primarily concerned with finances. I have been taking my cats to Monelison for many years & have always gotten excellent care. Dr. Cheryl Simpson-Freeman has been with them for 13 years & has been seeing my cats. She is well trained, compassionate & caring. She was as helpful to my husband & to me as she was to our 19-year-old cat when we were making end of life decisions for him, which broke our hearts. She is very good with geriatric animals. I am grateful for the care of Dr. Simpson-Freeman & the staff at the clinic.
If you are looking to board your pets, look elsewhere! They charge by the calendar day so if you drop off at closing and pick up when they open the next day you will be paying for 2 days! They also forgot to take the harness off our dog last year and even though they violated their own policies, we still had to pay the full boarding charges and buy a new harness. They have shown they care more about their paychecks then their customers both 2 legged and 4 legged!
