Super helpful! We had a question regarding a design that Ric did a few years ago- called early on a Monday morning to ask a question no one else seemed to want to give us a direct answer on and Ric was able to answer all my questions and reassure us.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Rick! He is very responsive to emails and phone calls. We had no prior knowledge about septic designs, soil, etc. Thankfully Rick was very patient with us and ensured we understood the entire process. We were very satisfied with his work and customer service. We'd highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Richard Wilkerson & Associates. Ric ( the owner ) redesigned my existing septic system at my home in Puyallup to increase bedrooms from 3 BR to 5 BR. He did an outstanding job in designing my new septic system, and he is also very professional, personable, and prompt in responding to my many questions during and after the septic installation. Lauren ( Ric's office manager ) was also very helpful during the process I will definitely refer Richard L. Wilkerson & Associates to my friends and family.
My father used Rick and referred me over to him. Highly professional and would use again if I ever need to.
