Terrible experiences, quality, design, customer services.
Poor quality houses. Like the last comment, they do not calculate the correct sq footage of houses. You are overpaying for less house than what they advertise. They are a scam. It is unfortunate that they bought up all the land in Troy. Look to other builders with better quality materials such as Garret Homes. Here are pictures of Mondrians builder grade windows from 2004. Used wood blocks to fill in the gaps to prop up heavy aluminum windows. Does not care about quality, only cares about profits.
Visited their newest models, Eden Gardens development in Troy, absolutely beautifully decorated. Among the best decor I've seen...sleek & modern, seamless flow throughout each home. Truly a must see!! Staff was wonderful!
