This is the worst office staff to deal with!! I have called 4 times for a release to have my records moved to another practice and still nothing. Every time I call the story changes. Now I'm told my records from my previous doctor can not be sent anyway because they are not theirs to share. They are my records but I'm not entitled to them....I wish I never went there. I think there are serious sour grapes since I am leaving the practice to follow the person I originally went there to see. They deserve 0 stars but google does... read more
Office is decent , do NOT recommend dr mondragon at all, came in for a specific issue and the issue was not addressed at all, she barely checked me out, told me to get bloodwork and asked if I took birth control and that was it, which has completely no relevance to the initial issue at all. She didn’t seem to care at all, complete waste of my time and I wasn’t even comfortable at all with her. If you are going to this office I recommend Dr Jennifer or really anyone else.

I was much too late for my period, went in for an appointment and to take a test although my home tests were one negative after another. I had to ask what the result was as if prying information. The provider was very dismissive of what I had to say. I had unexplained back pain accompanying all of this and very concerned about it. “Go get a massage” is the only answer I got.
