Canceled appointment on me when I showed up at the office. Then lied about trying to notify me. Said my voicemail was full, but I had no missed calls and I check and delete voicemails daily.

I was recently seen as a new patient with Mondovi Dental. The office manager Samantha went above and beyond to accommodate me for a cleaning. She provided exceptional customer service, was very attentive and patient focused!

I loved Dr. Ferreira. Recently I received a call from this office cancelling my appointment and rescheduling into the future. After this happened a second time, I asked if Dr. Ferreira was still there, and I was told he is no longer the doctor at this location. Where did he go!?

I hadn't been to this office in quite a while but I lost a filling and wanted it taken care of asap. Lucikly the day I called they had a cancellation and I was seen the same day. I was surprised to find out Dr Ferreira had retired and two new dentists had come on board, but some of the original staff were still there. My experience was exceptional from the office staff to the dentist who did my filling and Cindy who assisted in the procedure. I would definitely recommend this dental office and will return for any of my futur... read more
