I felt it was a very welcoming, inclusive event. The people who attended were charming and the waitstaff were very friendly and efficient. It may have made a different difference to hold this type of event in a larger venue with more sales staff available. I attended the event because I was serious about buying a gem. However I felt I needed to have a face to face discussion if not George then one of the Mondial staff who are eminently qualified. Such a wonderful experience! The team is incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Mei helped us find the perfect engagement ring, and has since helped with the most beautiful diamond earrings and twist-band ring. We can’t wait to pick out our wedding bands with Modial by Nadia soon. Nadia, Rose and the entire Mondial staff are absolute wonders to work with. I purchased my wedding band from here and the team spent so much time with us to find the right one (which wound up being something bespoke we created together). I loved it so much that I built a second pinky ring with them! If you’re looking for something special and want an environment that brings zero pressure, I recommend you give Mondial a look!
