I’m a Marketing Coordinator for My Father’s Best, and we recently partnered with Mondial River West for a resident sampling event. From start to finish, Aida was a pleasure to coordinate with. She was responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. The building itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great community atmosphere. We loved meeting and interacting with the residents! Everyone was so friendly and engaged, which made the event a huge success.
An overdue review for Aida. I’ve lived here for years, things have definitely gone downhill. Aida is just the worst to try to deal with and it’s cost us a lot of money and headache. It seems to be an issue of power + lack of urgency + a bit of incompetence or maybe just lack of desire to do better. This building used to be the best place to live but with the new management it’s not even a fraction of what it used to be sadly. FYI all the great reviews were from two management companies ago.
My original review of living at Mondial was 5 stars, but since the building has brought on a new property management team in 2025 I have to give the overall experience 1 star. There used to be monthly building events, fast replies and a sense that the building was being cared for. Now they refuse to update anything in the building or individual units even if they are broken, and it’s frankly falling apart. The lobby and coffee machine alone are infested with bugs. I lived at the property for three years and saw almost eight property managers, Aida being the absolute worst. Horrible customer service and even worse communication. Rent elsewhere.
