We've been at the Mondial for a couple of years now, and we absolutely love it here! Earnestine is so down-to- earth, professional, and wonderful to work with. We truly love her and love calling the Mondial home. The apartments are more spacious than most places we've lived, and the location is unbeatable. And a huge shout out to the best concierge, Steven - he's the best!!

My fiancé and I have lived here for about two years now. The front office staff was one of the things that impressed us when we toured and they continue to be very kind, helpful, and quick to reply when we have reached out to them. They really care about the tenant experience.
Long time coming review for Aida. I wasn’t going to write one but the fact that we have issues with getting any information clarification or help in anything in this building and her bad attitude and her ugly way of talking down to people and seeing her on the rooftop since 3pm and it was after 5:30pm and she still was sitting there watching soccer rubbed me like a strike match. We were tenants at the Mondial for over 6 years. It is a very special place for many reasons: 1.) Locale: The location is perfect as it is right in the center of the hustle and bustle of Chicago hot spots: Westloop (10 min walk max), River North (15-20 walk max), Michigan Ave (25-35 min walk max), and Westtown (5-7 min walk max), but still have the peace and quiet in the mostly residential neighborhood. 2.)
