God where do I start, AIDA is the worst to talk to, She is combative and rude. Nothing but issues since she has managed this building. Will not update broken appliances that are from 2014, Is late 30- 40 minutes 4 of 5 days a week she is here. Waited 30 minutes for her, I got tired of standing by her office and left at 10:35am. I recently had the chance to tour this apartment community, and I was genuinely impressed. The building is beautifully designed, with modern finishes, bright open spaces, and an atmosphere that feels both upscale and welcoming. The amenities are truly standout—from the thoughtfully maintained common areas to the fitness center and shared lounges that feel more like a boutique hotel than an apartment complex. I’m a Marketing Coordinator for My Father’s Best, and we recently partnered with Mondial River West for a resident sampling event. From start to finish, Aida was a pleasure to coordinate with. She was responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. The building itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great community atmosphere. We loved meeting and interacting with the residents! Everyone was so friendly and engaged, which made the event a huge success.

An overdue review for Aida. I’ve lived here for years, things have definitely gone downhill. Aida is just the worst to try to deal with and it’s cost us a lot of money and headache. It seems to be an issue of power + lack of urgency + a bit of incompetence or maybe just lack of desire to do better. This building used to be the best place to live but with the new management it’s not even a fraction of what it used to be sadly. FYI all the great reviews were from two management companies ago.
