Amazing building and amenities, but absolutely terrible management (read: board) and rules. Been living here close to 3 years now, and they keep changing simple things that make life for residents much worse. Here are some classic examples: 1. You can't get food or groceries delivered to your unit, you have to collect all such orders in person by going down to the lobby (and guess what, one of the elevators is either always out of service or the 3 are just not enough for the 440 units in the 16 Bonnycastle building) 2. Unfortunately, there is no free visitor parking, you have to pay $12 per 12 hours or $20 per 24 hours
