This place is nasty. When I first moved here in 2018 I was in a different unit before remodeling and my apartment was fine. When they moved me into a different unit, my apartment was a temporary unit and wasn't finished. My apartment started falling apart and I had roaches and rats in my house. Old wood doors coming apart and the water heater went out twice the same year I moved to the temporary unit. I asked to be moved and no one moved me but always asking for payments and trying to terminate or evict someone. I hope this ... read more

I cannot say enough about the Property Manager, Toi Potts. She is well informed, knows her residents, knows the community, and is ON TOP of her game. There's no better Property Manager you can find. The Weldon is on its way up because of her management.

As of right now, The Weldon Apts is doing better. Ms. Toi Potts, has The Weldon winning from the losses it took. Is there still crime? Depends on the company ones keep. We've come a long way from where we first started. As I always tell my kiddos, just bc we live in the hood, doesn't mean we have to be hood. Until something better comes along, such as a house, me personally will be around.
