HVAC started failing. Technicians came out and after 20 minutes claimed my filters just needed changing (they've been changed every 2-3 months). Claimed to test refrigerant, but did not isolate any further cause. Filters were changed, but no change to condition and cooling continued to worsen. Technicians came back out, spent about 5-10 minutes on-site and made false statements about my system (called it a 2019 2000 sqft capacity system, it's a 2014 2600 sqft capacity system) which they claimed were the cause of my problems ... read more
