I never thought I would be writing a review like this for my own uncle, but here it goes. I purchased an older house built in the '60s with old windows, old construction, etc. The AC system was 20-30 years old, and for two years it STRUGGLED, but it kept my house at 70 degrees year-round, even during 100-degree summers. My AC went out late at night and I was worried I’d be stuck without air, but Moncks Corner Heating and Air came out bright and early the next morning and got everything fixed quickly. They were extremely professional, kind, and best of all, fixed it free of charge. I truly appreciate their honesty and great service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

On day 1, assessed my situation and advised I would need a new unit and ordered it the same day. On day 2, installed my new unit and made sure all duct work was operational. Very efficient, prompt, and reasonable. Friendly but professional from start to finish. Highly recommend them.
