Please be careful when you buy a home. I can not recommend this guy Chuck Monasmith. He did such a poor job. He missed many crucial defects that have cost us thousands to get fixed. When we called him to talk over the issue he yelled at us. He was extremely rude and crude in his reply and hung up on us. This is the 4th home we bought and never had such a slipshod inspection. We are offended by his rudeness and unprofessional attitude.
