The Lady in customer services with hijab or turban is veru very veryyyy rude just I want to know why they have such a rude staff why they allow she is working there. There is my family dental clinic but I will change it. Omg when I remember her voice I feel I am going to get headache she is the worst person in the clinic. Where is her supervisors whey they don't tell anything to her?????

Such a disappointment today I called to book an application almost waiting for one month as they said. I called and waited two hours on the phone and when finally a lady I think she was Indian she answered and she was very disrespectful and didn't at all she said go and come next year 🤦♀️ Why do they do this to people I'm really spending my day off to book an appointment for my father So embarrassing for Monash Dental
This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I called Monash Health Dental Services in Dandenong to make an appointment for my 4-year-old child. After waiting on the phone for more than an hour, someone finally answered, but instead of speaking respectfully, the staff member was rude, aggressive, shouting, and speaking in a very harsh and disrespectful manner from the beginning.
