The clinic informed me that they are fully booked for three months. However, I am experiencing a dental infection and require urgent treatment. I don’t understand why emergency cases cannot be accommodated.
Went there for dental help and left with bleeding gums and my teeth now have gone worse super sensitive after the dentist had fun filing my entire teeth saying it needs cleaning nw my teeth so sensitive drinking cold water.. worse experience ever
Spoke to an agent over the phone called Pallavi, on the 7/11/25 at around 11am. Extremely rude, i was cut off while im speaking just for her to mention how their system works? Looking at the reviews it’s so clear they’ve got the most horrible staff and horrible service only for them to say “we are at full capacity, go to the emergency department in the city by train” They lack total empathy and are completely rude. Rude staff I just went in, stand at Reception Samera she was angry rude with loud voice said just a moment. Your words and behaviour matters. Very unprofessional you can add please, just a moment please and her face says it all she was angry for no reason.
