I called Mental Health Triage today (24.6.2025) not knowing who to call or turn to. I was experiencing an extreme anxiety attack with 'dangerous' thoughts. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to help bring me down and help me put things back in to perspective. I am eternally grateful for her help. Truly, I can not thank her enough. I believe her name was Brenda or Belinda.

Doctors were nice
The Place and the contact lines pretty useless they cannot be bothered to help at all neither the police. We understand there is assessment to do, but people whose not right in the end can pretend and only way they can assist and support is the person shown and visibly mentally unwell. literally we call them to asses the situation again cause the female in the house as a house mate was stalking and threatening the woman making the life just not peaceful to begin with.
