Spoke to Carolyn(?) from switch board (14th Aug, approx. 11:25am), and in short she refuse to look up my dad's reference no., refuse to transfer me to the gastroscopy/colonoscopy department, puts me on hold and then hangs up on me with no explanation whatsoever. Called back, spoke to another lady who asked Carolyn, and got transferred to another department with no explanation. Very stressful. The specialists at monash are very professional and caring and I haven't had that in all the yrs I've suffered with my skin condition and they are getting me on the right track. Keep up the great work guys
