As much as I loved my eyebrows, I was super disappointed in the service. I made an appointment online for 12:15 the night before. She had decided to take a walk-in over the appointment I had already made, even though I had my appointment first and she had already seen me waiting. She also said when she took her in “I won’t be late for yours” but it was already 12:20. When it was time to pay she asked if I had cash and that she preferred cash, but that was not disclosed on the website. I won’t be going back.

Mona is great! I always get nervous with my eyebrows because I’ve had then messed up before Mona knows exactly what she’s doing and prices are great!
