Mona and her team are fantastic. They work incredibly hard and are always accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s the kind of personal service you really appreciate in a small town, where they know their customers and truly care. We’re lucky to have them in Carleton Place!
I have isd thos place for a whole a recently changed due to hours and availability of meds. O have had issues wjere she CHOSEto not fill a perscription, bit last week there was a recall for insulin…a notice went out, i over that week, she NEVER reached out to me…she also refused to send all my onfo to the new pharmacist. How dare you mess with peoples health!!

I really appreciate Mona's expertise and her willingness to answer all of my questions. I used to have all of my prescriptions filled at Shoppers, but their customer service made me feel like they couldn't care less. Mona's is such a different experience - fast and reliable while also being caring, knowledgeable and thorough.
