I really appreciate Mona's expertise and her willingness to answer all of my questions. I used to have all of my prescriptions filled at Shoppers, but their customer service made me feel like they couldn't care less. Mona's is such a different experience - fast and reliable while also being caring, knowledgeable and thorough.

I give 2 stars only because the pharmacist didn't refuse to sell me Tylenol 1in the end, but I was a little disgusted by the racial/discrimatory way I was treated when asking for them to the pharmacist. I am Asian and I have purchased Tylenol 1 a dozen or more times at various different pharmacies in the past and never once have I been treated like I am some sort of addict or pill abuser.
