Nails were different sizes, Bigger on right hand and smaller on left. Politely asked to make sure they were the same size and got attitude. Clear coat was put on my nails and something black was in it and got on one of my nails and had to be redone. Mona got an attitude and started slamming things because she had to fix it. A few tips when going to this shop: Do NOT let the father do your nails !!!! The mother does good nails if she's in a good mood and they're not busy. If they are busy.. leave and go sumwhere else bc she will rush n ur nails will be atrocious !!! Dont let the little girl polish your nails!!!! The mother and daughters are very unprofessional at times and its a real turn off. MONA does good designs but its not worth dealing with their nasty attitudes. I've tried so many different salons. All my friends kept recommending Mona's and I absolutely fell in love. I like the fact I can walk in tell them my ideas, show them pictures, and she makes them happen. The dad is funny and the mom is nice. They talk to you and they make you feel comfortable. Some people are nasty and can be rude like the person below. I recommend this store to all my friends and family.
If you are looking for a unique nails and totally express you this is the place. The family is nice and they talk to you! Omg, I hate it when you go to other places and all you do is sit there and they just do your nails. People who complain about them don't know what they are talking about. I recommend this place!
I don't know why there are negative reviews about this place, but I have to say I DISAGREE! I love getting my nails done at Mona's! It's a family own business and when I come I always leave happy with my nails and with the customer service. They talk they laugh it is absolutely fun there. Like sometimes I would come with pictures from pin interest and Mona will make the same designs on my nails! Even better than the pictures! Don't go here!! Worst customer experience I have ever had. My daughter took me here for Mothers Day to get my nails done. She called several times the week before to ask what there hours where on Sundays and to make an appointment. They told her that they open at 11:00, and they don't take appointments. So we arrive there 10 mins before they open. We were the only ones in the parking lot except for the pizza place delivery car at the corner of the lot. 11:20 and still no sign of anyone.
