Not only pretty arrangements each time we use them, but they go way out of their way to help customers. Recently we had to order flowers for a family member from Spain, to be delivered in Tampa. Credit card didn't go initially through but because they knew these were for a birthday they made sure the order got there on time despite not having the payment. Who does that in this day and time .... well, Mona's does!
