After being at Monarch for 5 years, I’ve finally decided to leave after many stressful experiences. During those 5 years, I was tossed around to 9 Nurses (they have no doctors) every single time a nurse quit, which was often. Appointments are rushed and impersonal, with the nurses rarely looking up from the computer screen to notice a patient is actually in the room. Jessica clearly and succinctly explained my test results. She listened to my concerns and helped me create a plan to get off one of my medications. I feel confident in my health plan moving forward.
Went here and saw two doctors that absolutely were awful. The receptionist is unprofessional and I have reported this clinic to the medical board. I had a ferritin level of 3 and they completely ignored it.
