After being at Monarch for 5 years, I’ve finally decided to leave after many stressful experiences. During those 5 years, I was tossed around to 9 Nurses (they have no doctors) every single time a nurse quit, which was often. Appointments are rushed and impersonal, with the nurses rarely looking up from the computer screen to notice a patient is actually in the room.
