Extremely frustrating experience with this clinic. My wife’s family doctor, Dr. Thakar, has been consistently unavailable, and we’ve been waiting for months just to get a proper appointment. Every time we finally get something scheduled, it ends up being rescheduled again. It’s been a never-ending cycle with no real care or follow-through. Every time I called, I was met with an impatient and dismissive tone, which made even simple inquiries stressful. The person responsible for booking appointments was especially unhelpful and rude. Despite multiple attempts to schedule a visit, they never properly booked me in and seemed uninterested in assisting at all. It feels like they have no respect for patients’ time or concerns. Overall, the lack of basic courtesy and organization is unacceptable.Extremely frustrating and disappointing service.

I have always had an amazing experience with Monark. I have been a client since it opened. I am unsure where the other comments come from as I have never had those issues that others have. Maybe these other people thought it was a walk in clinic but the walk in clinic is for clients only which I think is great. I always have my calls answered and yes Dr. Mario is absolutely amazing!!!
System of their clinic is very bad. Few months before they use to accept family patients on weekends only. No doctors on weekdays but now they even stop taking patients on weekends If you call them for appointments on Monday they are ok they will give you appointments for sun or sat but if you call later in week they said sorry we will let you know if somebody cancel Wowwww
