Ordered grips and a driver head on a Monday morning received it that Wednesday,half way across the country. Great prices and quality products. Will definitely do business with Monark Golf again.
Ordered 3 items on 10/27/16 at 4:30am est. Checked on 10/28/16 and 10/27/16 and order was still not filled. Called monark on 10/31 and was told order will be shipped today. I asked why it took so long to fill and she hung up on. I will not order again as I needed these items by wed. Very bad customer service.
I buy a fair amount of products from Monark Golf , Last week i ordered 3 graphite shafts, One was supposed to be a 355 tip, they sent me a 335 tip and would not take my word that it was a 335 tip, They wanted me to send the shaft back, with me paying for the shipping, Very POOR service!!
