The Best OB/GYN – Have been going to the office for at least 5 years now. Have had a pleasant experience everytime. Office offers pre-natal classes which are very good & educational. Easy to get an apt with a strict schedule. Very rarely have to wait for your apt..usually on time if not early!

Unprofessional front desk/nurses – Have been going to this office for a few years and hate dealing with the front desk and nurses. They act like you are bothering them when you check-in or ask a question. You can also hear them talking about patients and even pointing them out in the waiting room and then whispering and laughing. I have never dealt with a doctor's office where such unprofessional people are allowed to work in an office. Amazing Surgery! – 7 days ago I was laying in a hospital bed, just out of surgery. At age 37 with a 14 year old, I had made the decision to have a hysterectomy. Once Dr. Thibodeau came to the conclusion that I was confident in my decision, she fessed up about one of her latest (and greatest) of talents. One cut (in the belly button) Laparoscopic surgery! Love me some Dr. T – I have been a patient of Dr. T's since she first came into the area. I have sometimes been a problem pateinet however she has stayed true to helping me feel comfortable and that she really cares for me. I had an abnormal pap smear that she handled with great attention and advice and then I had a baby...My delivery was hard but the only voice I could hear was Dr. T's encouring me. Excellent medical care – I have been a patient of Dr. Thibodeaus since 2004 and have been very happy with the care that I have received. She is friendly and approachable which, in this type of practice, is extremely important in my opinion. Not to mention that she is aggressive in terms of medical care and very knowledgable about her specialty. poor quality of care – I am a patient of churchland ob gyn who had somewhat a bad experince. I had an abnormal pap smear and when Dr Lee nurse called to tell me my results she had me afraid and thinking i was going to die from cancer. She was speed talking on phone I could not understand what she saying like she was in sales or something. THE MOST CARING PEOPLE – Wow I cant believe some of the thingsI have just read. I have been a patient at Churchland OBGYN for the last 12 years. I started out as a patient of Val's, within a few years I found out that I had to have some minor sugery done. This is when I met Dr. Mobley, a woman who at this point had no idea who I was. BEWARE – I DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY FIND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE BUT THEY NEED A LESSON IN CLASS AND NOT STREET. MY DR IS A WONDERFUL PERSON BUT THE MA'S R NOT PROFESSIONAL. IF THEIR GOING TO TALK ABOUT PEOPLE THEY NEED TO GO IN A ROOM A DISCUSS A PATIENT IN PRIVATE NOT IN THE HALL. MAYBE IF THEY CHANGE THERE STAFF AGAIN GET RID OF THE OLD LIKE THAT LADY SHIRL AND GET SOMEONE IN THERE WITH A AMORE FRIENDLY ATTITUDE MAYBE THE OFFICE WOULD BE BETTER..
