Monarch truck misquoted me and then would not honor the quote 2 days later. It was a $39 difference. The girl hung up on me and then when I called back to speak to a manager, she hung up on me again. Some young, unethical employee. So for $39, Monarch is getting loads of bad PR from me. Also by the looks of their Yelp reviews, I'm not the only unsatisfied person.
