Definitley going back We were very frustrated in our search for an entertainment center that we liked. A friend recommended Monarch, and we checked it out. What a find! They ahd the exact piece we wanted, and shipped it almost the day we asked for it. The installers were great guys, and really took the time to get it placed just right. They have great prices, and their customer service after the sale is phenomenal

Buyer Beward of Monarch Furniture Easton Dont go here unless you want to be in an endless cycle of store credit when you are not satisfied (and I am certain you wont be satisfied). We were told 4-5 weeks deliver which is now 4-5 months. I tried to cancel and they will only give store credit which I wont do. So guess what. We have to wait 4 months. Oh and Watch out for the "extra coverage" you pay for something that wont be provided.
