Quick and easy, went in for a quick interview, after they reviewed my resume they laid out the jobs they had that I may be a good candidate for, I went to the first company and they hired me on the spot as a welder/fabricator. Very straightforward ..if you know what you’re doing they’ll get you a job. They valued me at a very reasonable high dollar amount per hour, higher than even what I told them I’d work for.. they presented me at this higher rate to employer without a problem and it was a success. Monarch technical is a great recruiter. They are the company to get you into the company you've been looking for. They do a great job of finding jobs you cant find online. Their process makes me feal at ease when I work for monarch to becoming a permanent employee at the job. I recommend you use monarch to start your career.
