used to be a good company with good folks that worked there then they got rid of the accounting folks and their accounting systems slipped I was characterized as a slow pay (not justified) and therefore they would service my pool when they got to it whats really happening is they are focused on new construction and small customers are set aside if they dont want the business then have the balls to say so
One of the best pool/spa places I've been. Great selection of products and services. The staff there is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting your pool the best it can be for the season.
