Dylan was great! Very easy to work with, responsive, and a great company!
Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Gave me every excuse in the book on why they can't do their job. Weeks later and they still are not done and still giving me more excuses. This is your warning not to use them.
Not sure why someone from your staff disrespectfully left THREE flyers on our door yesterday when there's a big clear as day "no soliciting" sign on it. Sorry but we never do business with anyone who doesn't care about our wishes.
Two big storms in two years with major damage to the house, garage and barn. Monarch handled it all - roofs, gutters, siding, and windows. Their prices were fair and reasonable. There were no glitches in schedulinng, workmanship or communication. Marc Portofee, General Manager, is the go-to guy with answers and explanation for any issue. He ALWAYS answers or returns a call or text. I couldn't be more pleased with him and with Monarch.
We had Monarch do our windows and siding. They did a great job. Very reasonably priced. Very happy! Dylan and Brandon were great to work with, and communicated with me every step of the way. Would recommend Monarch to anybody!
