Monarch is actually a collection of independent beauty service providers under one roof. I think it's important to look up reviews for the actual provider with which you're making an appointment. That being said, Monarch is a very nice setup. The building is well maintained & clean. It seems the owner is selective regarding tenants thus creating a higher end salon appearance, but a down home country welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely felt completely comfortable during my service.

I had my hair done with Morgan today. She took so much time to figure out what I wanted, and how that would work with my type of hair! I couldn’t love the color more!

Morgan Weber did SUCH an amazing job on my hair!! I wanted a lived in bright but natural looking blonde (complicated I know) and she NAILED it. Highly recommend her ♡ She will be doing my wedding color for sure!!

Racist? -after scheduling a man’s cut (which Morgan absolutely wrecked) I tried reaching out to 3 stylists in the salon. Not a single one, including the owner wanted to “take new clients”. Morgan, the person I was directed to contact said “You should try Kailee (spelling?) She would do great with your hair, she’s Hispanic.” It definitely felt like I was being blown off because of my ethnicity.
