I reached out to ask for a quote on June 29th via Google. We used the chat function to text, and agreed they would be coming out for “For the roof quote, plan on up to 90 minutes so the inspector can measure everything and walk you through options, and we do ask that both homeowners are present if possible.” We agreed for today June 2nd at 5pm. 0 stars. I submitted a request for a quote with Monarch, along with 11 other contractors in my area. Most of them replied with contact info and asked when to schedule an appt for a quote, I told all of them the same thing, that I would be reading thier reviews and would contact the selected ones next week. I told Monarch the same, but every time I replied they would reply again trying to schedule an appt or obtain my address and cell phone despite being very clear, multipke times I would not be scheduling until next week.
