This is not related to a service but more so for the hiring process. Applied a few months ago and was not the best hiring process I have experienced. Had a zoom call with 20 other applicants and there was no 1 on 1 with a recruiter or representative from HR. After a 30 minute video and hearing all about the company again nobody was selected but was told if they were interested or not they would still contact us and I never heard back. Matt, Kevin, Jose and crew we're very professional and did a excellent job on my roof replacement job at 810 Bladen street. Matt walked me through all the work that will and was being done. Everything went great the work and clean up and the follow up after the completion of the job. I will recommed Matt and crew on any roof job.
James and Joel were amazing! Calm, professional, knowledgeable etc etc.! They worked a long time and waited for the rain to stop so they could put up protection to protect me from flooding into my room until a new roof can be installed asap! Great representatives of Monarch ! Thank you.
