A huge shout out to MONARCH REALTY. We have had Monarch ( Colleen and Sue ) for quite a few sales and purchases. I can't say enough about Monarch. Always at the top of thier game. Very professional but also very fun to be around. I've seen many pictures of homes for sale but no one tops Sue's pictures. Our house went in to pending after 24 hours on the market. What I like about Monarch is the good communication. Don't hesitate to call them. They are the Best of the Best. Thanks again Colleen and Sue.
Nice people but had to have them redo photos, rewrite description, correct numerous errors. When she didn't know where the well was instead of asking Colleen told people they couldn't find it. She pushed me to accept an offer even though she had another showing, and that person offered 30k more. Again, nice lady but she did a very bad job selling my house.
Colleen Zajac is incredible! We worked with her over the past six months and she made the process a breeze! And let me add, we jumped through just about every hoop there is! From covering all her bases to going the extra mile, Colleen was constantly checking in and extremely knowledgeable in the entire process. If she didn’t know an answer, she was quick to figure it out! I would recommend Monarch Realty and Colleen Zajac to everyone looking for a home! 100/10
